By accessing or using ArogyaCheck ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use ArogyaCheck. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services. ArogyaCheck is operated by ArogyaCheck and is governed by the laws of India.

ArogyaCheck is a free digital wellness awareness platform that provides: • ArogyaMitra AI — a conversational wellness companion that answers questions using ArogyaCheck content • Conversational wellness assessments based on Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Yoga • Personalised wellness reports and recommendations based on your responses • Educational content about wellness systems and health conditions • A directory of verified independent wellness practitioners ArogyaMitra AI and ArogyaCheck assessments are not healthcare providers and do not provide medical services. All content is for wellness awareness and educational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ArogyaCheck. By using the platform, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are using ArogyaCheck on behalf of another person, you take full responsibility for ensuring that person understands and accepts these terms.

All wellness checks and reports on ArogyaCheck are currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or modify our pricing in the future. Any such changes will be communicated clearly in advance and will not affect access to existing free features without appropriate notice.

When using ArogyaCheck, you agree not to: • Provide false or misleading information in your assessment responses • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform • Use the platform in any way that could harm, disrupt, or overburden our infrastructure • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its databases • Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose • Reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content from the platform without written permission We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

All content on ArogyaCheck — including text, assessments, scoring frameworks, images, design, and code — is the intellectual property of ArogyaCheck or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial wellness awareness purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on ArogyaCheck without our prior written consent.

ArogyaCheck is not a medical service. All assessments, reports, and recommendations are for wellness awareness only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns. In an emergency, call 112 (India) or go to your nearest hospital. Practitioners listed on ArogyaCheck are independent professionals who have undergone our verification process. ArogyaCheck is not responsible for the advice, treatments, or outcomes arising from your consultations with listed practitioners. Any arrangement you make with a practitioner is a matter between you and that practitioner. ArogyaCheck makes no warranty regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any practitioner's services.

ArogyaCheck may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Links do not constitute endorsement. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArogyaCheck, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Your use of or inability to use the platform • Any wellness check results or recommendations • Any interaction with practitioners listed on the platform • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in platform content • Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees).

ArogyaCheck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for your specific needs.

Your use of ArogyaCheck is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via the platform. Your continued use of ArogyaCheck after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ArogyaCheck at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ArogyaCheck shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
