ArogyaMitra AI Chat: Messages you send to our wellness companion, used to provide grounded answers and — if you choose — to collect your name and mobile for optional wellness team follow-up. Contact Information (optional): If you connect with a practitioner, contact our team, or share details in ArogyaMitra AI chat, we may collect your name, email address, and/or phone number. Usage Data: Anonymous data about how you navigate and use the platform (pages visited, time spent, browser type). This is collected via privacy-respecting analytics and does not identify you personally. Session Identifiers: A unique session ID is generated for each assessment to associate your answers with your report. This is not linked to any personal identity unless you voluntarily provide contact information.

We use your information for the following purposes: • To generate your personalised wellness report based on your assessment responses • To power ArogyaMitra AI chat and optional in-chat wellness follow-up • To facilitate a connection between you and a verified practitioner, if you request one • To respond to your enquiries submitted through our contact form • To improve our assessments, recommendations, and platform features (using aggregated, anonymised data) • To send you transactional communications related to your wellness report or practitioner connection (only if you have provided your contact details) We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling in ways that affect you legally or significantly.

Your data is stored on secure servers located in India and/or within cloud infrastructure that meets industry-standard security requirements. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Assessment responses are stored in encrypted form and associated only with your anonymous session ID. Personal contact information (if provided) is stored separately and accessed only by authorised staff for the purpose for which it was collected. Despite our best efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances: With Practitioners: If you request a practitioner connection, we share only the contact information you have provided with the specific practitioner(s) relevant to your request. Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and analytics providers) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or competent authority, or to protect the rights and safety of ArogyaCheck, our users, or the public.

ArogyaCheck uses essential cookies to maintain your session during an assessment. We may use privacy-respecting analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns.
